Breakfast is often called ‘the most important meal of the day’. As the name suggests, breakfast breaks the overnight fasting period. It replenishes your supply of glucose to boost your energy levels and alertness, while also providing other essential nutrients required for good health.

It improves your energy levels and ability to concentrate in the short term
Increased daily calorie burn
Decrease in appetite which decreases the chances for an eating binge.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced jalapeño (raw or pickled)
1 tbsp. yoghurt
1 tbsp. almond flour (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. ghee
salt&pepper for taste
Preheat oven to 200"C.
In a large mixing bawl whisk together eggs, ghee, yoghurt, almond flour, salt and pepper.
Next, add cheese, onion and jalapeño.
Drop by the large spoon on the greased cookie sheet or into 6 - cup muffin pan.
Bake for 20 -22 minutes or until the eggs are set.
